Beyonce surprises her dance captain with an an engagement ring. According to TMZ, the surprises came when Beyonce handed over the mic to John Silver, one of the back up dancers. John then eventually stroll to dance captain Ashley Everett and popped up the question. Your guess is as good as mine, cause she eventually said a big YES....
This took place during Beyonce's formation tour in St. Louis.
