Former Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin has filed a N1bn suit against the lower chamber.Jibrin filed the suit seeking N1bn as damage for his suspension, after withdrawal a previous suit to stop the House from suspending him.The Kano lawmaker in the suit filed at the Federal High Abuja on Friday wants the court to declare his suspension null and void.He also prayed the court to stop the lower chamber from denying him entry to the legislative chambers and performing his functions.Justice John Tsoho fixed November 22 for hearing of the suit.
