England Captain Wayne Rooney, 30, who spent $15k on a hair transplant in 2011, and underwent a second procedure in 2013 seems to be in need of another operation after he was seen with a fresh bald patch when he joined his teammates for training on Wednesday. The hair of the father of 3 was noticeably thinning on top as he left The Lowry Hotel in Manchester.
